Position Summary

The physician is responsible for the diagnosis, prevention and treatment of the health problems presented by the patients. Provide clinical consult for pain and symptom management;patien visit in the community as needed;certifies each patient for hospice care.

Qualifications

Education - PhD,MD or Professional Degree in Medicine
Licenses - Current M.D. or D.O. license for the state of Michigan.\\\
Certification in BCLS, ACLS required if stress tests performed or as required by specialty. \\\
Current State of Michigan and Federal Narcotics Licenses.\\\
