Physician RURAL Internal Medicine Out-Patient Private Practice Setting

Excellent practice opportunity for a full time BC/BE Internal Medicine Physician.

Recognized Patient Centered Primary Care Home Tier 3 status with Meaningful Use achievement. This is a very well established practice that has been a part of our communities for 70 years.

Current practice size is 2 FM physicians, 2 FNPs, and 1 FM PA. Will consider physicians on visas

Full-time, employed position, 4 days per week, out-patient primary care setting; In-patient care optional. Clinic Hours are Monday Friday from 8:00 AM 5:30 PM.

The clinic utilizes NextGen EPM and EMR. On-site lab service phlebotomist, electrocardiograms, pulmonary function tests, GYN rooms, laser room, and procedure rooms.

There is a shared telephone call responsibility with other family medicine offices. Call is 1day a week, once every 3 weeks. Weekend call is 1:13. Use hospitalist system at the local hospital for in-patient care.
