Norton Medical Group, the physician practice division of Norton Healthcare, is seeking pulmonology specialists to join a new practice. The practice will provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient services, including critical care, pulmonology, interventional pulmonology, sleep medicine and pulmonary rehabilitation for Norton Healthcares four adult-services hospitals. Compared with other Louisville-based hospitals, Norton Healthcare maintains 43 percent of the pulmonology market share.

The practice will work closely with Norton Cancer Institute to provide comprehensive multidisciplinary care to oncology patients and is actively involved in new program development, including lung CT screening and a thoracic lung nodule clinic.

About the position
The practice will consist of 15 to 20 physicians, advanced practice providers and several support staff
Competitive compensation model with bonus options and company benefits
Participate in the groups on-call rotation
Staff a multidisciplinary clinic
Preferred candidates are those who are currently completing training or have one to two years of completed training
Access to multiple sleep centers with combined total of 16 beds, EBUS endobronchial ultrasound system and superDimension lung navigation

Requirements for this position
Medical degree/diploma
Residency/fellowship certification
Active or eligible to obtain a Kentucky medical license
