Advanced Heart Failure Cardiologist

Asheville Cardiology Associates, a Mission Health Partner, seeks a cardiologist who is Board certified/Board eligible in Advanced Heart Failure. The ideal candidate will possess substantial clinical experience in the field of Advanced Heart Failure and Mechanical Circulatory Support. Proficiency in ECMO, short-term mechanical support strategies and pulmonary hypertension are highly desirable.

Our Heart Failure program is nationally recognized for high-quality care, and we have assembled a comprehensive team to offer Advanced Cardiac Therapies to our region. This team includes;
A board certified HF cardiologist
VAD Surgeon
VAD Coordinators
Advanced HF Nurse Practitioner

We have a dedicated inpatient service and office space to manage the full spectrum of heart failure patients.

We are seeking a candidate with exemplary clinical and leadership skills, who can join our team as we complete Joint Commission Certification. This is an exciting opportunity to work with our dedicated group of providers to develop a world-class Advanced Heart Failure Program.

Asheville Cardiology is one of the largest single specialty practices in western North Carolina, with 35 cardiologists and 13 advanced practitioners in seven locations.
