Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrician Position in Beautiful Asheville, NC

The Olson Huff Center for Child Development at Mission Childrens Hospital, directed by Adrian Sandler MD, is seeking an energetic full-time Developmental Pediatrician to join a comprehensive and growing multiple provider program. Candidates should have fellowship training and be board-certified/eligible in Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics or Neurodevelopmental Disabilities. Responsibilities include consultation and follow-up, with opportunities for program development, leadership, clinical research and teaching.

Position Highlights
The Huff Center is a multi-disciplinary, regional referral center providing a range of diagnostic and treatment services to children with developmental problems. Special strengths include innovative autism programs, complex ADHD/school problems clinic, integrated behavioral health services, feeding disorders team, neuromuscular/cerebral palsy clinic, NICU follow up, genetics/personalized medicine, and clinical trials. Additional on-site providers include Psychologist, LCSWs, Nurse Practitioners, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech Therapists. Mission Childrens Hospital offers 18 Mission-employed pediatric subspecialists, including Pediatric Neurology, Child Psychiatry, Clinical Genetics and Pediatric Orthopedics. Our local community offers a large autism collaborative as well as robust local support for our programs.
