Borgess Bone & Joint Institute has an immediate opening for a fellowship trained Orthopedic Hand Surgeon.
Borgess Orthopedic Clinic, Borgess Bone & Joint Institute, is an extremely busy orthopedic practice located in Kalamazoo, MI. Our team of specialists includes one board certified hand surgeon, one board eligible hand surgeon, five board certified orthopedic surgeons, (subspecialties include joint, trauma, and general orthopedic care) supported by two board certified physicians in Family Medicine and Sports Medicine, and four certified physician assistants.
Located just a short drive from the main Borgess Medical Center campus, the office is equipped with onsite digital imaging, physical therapy, and hand therapy services. Borgess is a level II trauma center giving opportunity to develop those skills. In addition, Borgess has 300 referring providers that refer patients to the orthopedic practice; providing a robust internal referral network. Our highly experienced provider staff offers surgery specialization in a multitude of orthopedic procedures including adult reconstructive joint surgery, sports medicine, upper extremities, shoulder, knee, foot & ankle, and trauma. Each surgeon is able to maintain their primary professional interests, but must share hand trauma call. New grads as well as experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Borgess Medical Center offers an excellent stipend program available to current fellows.
