Hospital-employed practice opportunity for a BC/BE Family Practice Physician
Three-physician Family Medicine Clinic with 25,000 annual visits
Admit to Mitchell County Regional Health Center, a 25-bed critical access hospital with annual admissions of 600;
ED volumes of 4,000.
Specialty clinics in Cardiology, Neurology, Ophthalmology, Orthopaedic Surgery, and Otolaryngology.
Services available include General Surgery, pulmonary and sports rehab, speech therapy, PT, OT, medical
nutrition therapy, bone densitometry, CT, mobile MRI, mammography, nuclear medicine, ultrasound, vascular
screening.

QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate of a medical/osteopathic medical school is required. Demonstrated competency as a physician by completion of an appropriate residency program; board certified or board eligible. Must be able to obtain Mercy Medical Center-North Iowa medical staff privileges. Above average communication skills. Ability to work with a team. Licensed or eligible for State of Iowa physician license; Iowa Controlled Substance Certificate and Federal DEA Certificate.
