Norton Maternal Fetal Medicine Specialists in Louisville, KY is seeking to expand their practice!
The perinatal physicians at Norton Maternal-Fetal Medicine Specialists, an employed physician practice of Norton Healthcare, are dedicated to providing comprehensive high-risk obstetric care for residents of Greater Louisville, Southern Indiana and regional communities. The practice is expanding to support the continued development of its regional outreach program and to support growth of its specialized services. Norton Maternal-Fetal Medicine Specialists provides services at Norton Hospital and Norton Suburban Hospital in Louisville. Both locations offer convenient access to neonatal intensive care units.

Kosair Children's Hospital - a part of Norton Healthcare - is connected by pedway to Norton Hospital and boasts one of the largest neonatal intensive care units in the country. It also is home to the region's only Congenital Heart Center, the area's only pediatric Cancer Care and Renal Center and the "Just for Kids" Transport Team, which ensures children from across Kentucky and neighboring states have access to the medical expertise offered at Kosair Children's Hospital. Norton Women's and Children's Hospital in St. Matthews in the East End of Louisville is a full-service community hospital offering inpatient and outpatient medical/surgical care and diagnostic imaging services in suburban Jefferson County. Norton Women's and Children's Hospital also offers a full range of pregnancy and newborn care, along with a Level III neonatal intensive care unit.

Description
The physician is responsible for obtaining and legibly recording a detailed medical history of each patient, including, but not limited to, chief complaint, present condition, individual history, and family history. Performing appropriate physical examination of each patient. Analyzing reports and/or findings of tests and personal examinations in order to assess the medical condition of the patient, including diagnosing the patient's injury or illness and formulating a prognosis.
