CareerMD.com - Employers

Each year, CareerMD hosts the Minneapolis Career Fair. The first annual fair took place in 2007 and attracted residents and fellows from top teaching hospitals such as Mayo School of Graduate Medical Education, Abbott-Northwestern Hospital/Allina Health System, University Of Minnesota Medical School, Twin Cities Spine Center, and more. Additionally, residents from other major teaching hospitals in the Minnesota State area will be invited to attend.

Career Fair Promotion

CareerMD promotes the Minneapolis Career Fair to all teaching hospitals that are within reasonable driving distance of the venue. Most residents and fellows who attend will be in training at a local programs, however this event is widely promoted. A list of all teaching hospitals in the Minneapolis area can be found here.

Hotel Reservations: CareerMD has arranged a group rate of $139/night on the nights of Sunday, November 9, 2008 and Monday, November 10, 2008. Call (800) 822-6757 for reservations and ask for the CareerMD rate. Please note that reservations must be made by Tuesday, October 14, 2008 to qualify for the group rate.
