CareerMD Reception

Each year, CareerMD hosts a career-planning and networking reception in Denver, CO for residents and fellows training at University of Colorado School of Medicine and other local programs.

The CareerMD Receptions follow a more intimate format than that of the CareerMD Career Fairs. Space is limited to only 20-30 employers which provides an opportunity for one-on-one discussions with residents and fellows. Residents and fellows pre-register to attend, and, in Denver, signed up for 15 minute "interviews" with employers. In advance of the Reception, employers have the opportunity to preview the list of residents and fellows who request interview slots. Each employer is seated at a designated station to facilitate comfortable discussion with residents and fellows.

Employers who register to participate may send two representatives. Neither booths nor tabletop displays are permitted, however handouts and giveaways are acceptable.

Reception Promotion

CareerMD promotes the Denver reception primarily to University of Colorado School of Medicine, however residents and fellows at other Colorado training programs within reasonable driving distance of the venue are also invited. A list of all teaching hospitals in the Denver area can be found here.

Shipping of Materials:	Displays and booths are not permitted at CareerMD Receptions. If you wish to ship small materials to this event, please contact the venue directly at (303) 388-5561 to make independent shipping arrangements.
Return Shipping:	If you need to ship materials after the fair, please make independent arrangements, bring return shipping labels and packaging supplies with you. CareerMD cannot provide shipping services, shipping labels or packaging supplies.
