Register to ExhibitEach year, CareerMD hosts a Career Fair in Chicago, IL. The first annual fair took place in 2005 and attracted residents and fellows from top teaching hospitals, including the McGaw Medical Center/Northwestern, University of Chicago, Rush University Medical Center, University of Illinois at Chicago, and many others. The Chicago Career Fair has grown in popularity and attendance over the past two years. In February 2009, the Chicago Career Fair attracted over 202 job-seeking resident and fellows.
Career Fair Promotion
CareerMD promotes the Chicago Career Fair to all teaching hospitals that are within reasonable driving distance of the venue. Most residents and fellows who attend will be in training at local programs, however this event is widely promoted. A list of all teaching hospitals in the Chicago area can be found here.
