CareerMD Reception

Each year, CareerMD plans to host a career-planning and networking reception in Albuquerque, for residents, fellows, PAs, advanced practice nurses and RNs. Trainees from Memorial Medical Center, New Mexico State University School of Nursing, St. Francis University, University of New Mexico College of Nursing and University of New Mexico School of Medicine are all invited to attend.

CareerMD Receptions follow a more intimate format than that of the CareerMD Career Fairs. Space is limited, which provides employers with an opportunity for one-on-one discussions with trainees. Each employer is seated at a designated station to facilitate comfortable discussions with residents, fellows, PAs, advanced practice nurses, and/or RNs.

Employers who register to participate may send two representatives. Neither booths nor tabletop displays are permitted, however handouts and giveaways are acceptable.

Reception Promotion

CareerMD promotes the Albuquerque Reception to training programs in New Mexico, which are within reasonable driving distance of the venue. Most residents, fellows, PAs, advanced practice nurses and RNs who attend will be in training at local programs, however this event is widely promoted. Shipping of Materials:	Displays and booths are not permitted at CareerMD Receptions. If you wish to ship small materials to this event, please contact the venue directly at (505) 277-0077 to make independent shipping arrangements.
Return Shipping:	If you need to ship materials after the fair, please make independent arrangements, bring return shipping labels and packaging supplies with you. CareerMD cannot provide shipping services, shipping labels or packaging supplies.
