CareerMD Career Fairs are an ideal opportunity for physicians and physicians-in-training to meet a large number of prospective employers and learn about a range of opportunities in a variety of locations. For physician employers, the Career Fairs are a convenient way to meet current residents, fellows and physicians. Career Fairs give employers an opportunity to locate candidates for current vacancies and to network. These events also provide an opportunity for employers to introduce themselves to residents and fellows who are early in their training and most open to learning about possible future opportunities.

Attendance at CareerMD Career Fairs varies according to a number of factors including the number and size of teaching hospitals in a given region, the percentage of residents versus fellows at individual teaching hospitals, and the time of year during which events are hosted. Turnout may also be impacted by bad weather on the date and time of a given event.
